• 12 guided walks: Over 6 weeks (each Wednesday and Thursday morning) you will learn how to analyze group dynamics and how to lead confidently live.

• 3 “Ask-Me-Anything” sessions: We discuss your individual hurdles and progress.

• Owner theory: 1x participation in the theory course of my dog school as a professional basis.
   

2. The Business Handbook (Your Roadmap)

Avoid costly beginner mistakes. You'll receive a complete guide for your business:

• Law & Business Formation: Sole proprietorships, insurance and permits in the Canton of Zurich.

• Infrastructure: Professional tips on vehicle selection, conversion and the perfect "dog lounge".

• Marketing: Strategies for your online presence and acquiring your first ideal customers.

• Calculation & Pricing:

  • Calculation templates: So you can work profitably from the start.

  • Offer models: Correctly pricing half-day, full-day and holiday care.

  • Billing systems: When do subscriptions make sense, and when do individual billings work?
