1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

When you visit this website, we do not collect any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us yourself using our contact / registration form. This data is stored in our customer file and used for course bookings, customer interactions, course advertisements and customer information letters.

Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website on behalf of the operator of this website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

5. Newsletter


If you have registered for our newsletter with your e-mail address, we will save and use your e-mail address to send our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you have unsubscribed from our newsletter.

If you enter your e-mail address to receive the newsletter, it will first be saved for the purpose of sending the owner an e-mail in which he / she can confirm the subscription to the newsletter (“double opt-in »). 6. Webshop

We would like to point out that for the purpose of a simpler shopping process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the subscriber as part of cookies, as well as the buyer's name, address and means of payment.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to meet our tax obligations.

After canceling the shopping process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (10 years) has expired. The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years).
